About The India GCC (Hyderabad)
Sharaf DG operates its analytics division in Dubai and now plans to scale up analytics to create innovations, product, and AI capabilities by setting up a GCC in Hyderabad to support its Middle East & Africa operations. Sharaf DG has operated BPO in Hyderabad since 2018 for finance function and has the necessary infrastructure and expertise for setting up a full-fledged GCC in Hyderabad.
The GCC will focus on:
- Driving data-led decision-making and automation in the field of Supply chain management, Process optimization and Omni channel Consumer experience
- Building scalable analytics and AI systems
- Transitioning operations from manual processes to system-led execution
As a Senior Front-end Developer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences for Sharaf DG's digital platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing intuitive, high-performance interfaces that directly contribute to our business growth and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications using modern front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, interactive user interfaces.
- Lead the implementation of front-end architecture, ensuring best practices for code quality, performance, and accessibility.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies and industry trends, advocating for their adoption when appropriate.
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end web development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with performance optimization tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks and concepts.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, where you will be an integral part of a collaborative and innovative development team.
