We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to manage, maintain, configure, and support PeopleSoft environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, PeopleSoft Application Server, Web Server/PIA, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, WebLogic, Tuxedo, Oracle Database, PUM, upgrades, patching, and environment migrations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, administer, and maintain PeopleSoft environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
Perform PeopleTools installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
Administer PeopleSoft Application Server, Web Server/PIA, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and Integration Gateway.
Manage and troubleshoot WebLogic and Tuxedo components.
Perform PeopleSoft environment cloning, refreshes, migrations, deployments, and configuration changes.
Implement PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) images, application patches, tax updates, and security updates.
Support PeopleTools upgrades and PeopleSoft application upgrades.
Perform DPK deployments and use Change Assistant for upgrade and maintenance activities.
Monitor application health, system availability, batch processing, and overall environment performance.
Troubleshoot PeopleSoft application, middleware, database connectivity, and infrastructure issues.
Perform performance tuning and root-cause analysis for production issues.
Administer PeopleSoft security, user provisioning, roles, permission lists, and access controls.
Support Integration Broker, web services, APIs, and third-party integrations.
Work closely with functional consultants, developers, DBAs, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
Support production releases, deployments, incident management, and change management activities.
Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, runbooks, and environment details.
Participate in L2/L3 production support and on-call activities as required.
Support disaster recovery, backup/recovery, high availability, and business continuity activities.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
Strong knowledge of PeopleTools and PSADMIN.
Experience with PeopleSoft 9.x environments.

Experience with PUM, Change Assistant, DPK, and PeopleTools upgrades.
Strong experience in PeopleSoft patching, migrations, cloning, and environment refreshes.
Good knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL.
Experience with Linux/Unix administration.
Knowledge of Shell/KSH/Bash scripting for automation.
Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.
Experience with PeopleSoft security and access administration.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ElasticSearch/OpenSearch and Kibana.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Azure.
Experience with automation tools and scripting.
Knowledge of SSO/LDAP integration.
Experience with monitoring tools and enterprise schedulers such as Control-M/AutoSys.
Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.
Experience
5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration/System Administration.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
