We are seeking a passionate and energetic Frontend Product Development Engineer I to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in JavaScript, modern UI frameworks, and frontend development principles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive, scalable, and high-performance web interfaces for our AI-driven talent experience platform.Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance responsive web applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Work with senior engineers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable components.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experience across devices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams to deliver new features and improvements.
- Follow best practices in frontend development, including version control, testing, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with AngularJS and/or ReactJS.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
- Knowledge of Git or similar version control systems.
- Good understanding of browser behavior, DOM manipulation, and debugging tools.
- Exposure to TypeScript.
- Knowledge of UI performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in frontend development.
