Experience in delivering migration projects, especially to Sitefinity Cloud.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps methodologies.
Experience with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing cross-functional and offshore teams.
