  • Develop instrumentation and automation engineering deliverables independently for industrial and process plant projects.
  • Select and specify field instruments and analytical instruments based on process requirements.
  • Prepare instrumentation design basis and engineering calculations.
  • Perform instrument sizing and selection for:
    • Flow Measurement Instruments
    • Pressure Instruments
    • Level Instruments
    • Temperature Instruments
    • Control Valves
    • On-Off Valves
    • Safety Instrumented Devices
    • Gas Detection Systems
    • Weighing Systems
    • Analyzers
Control System Engineering

  • Develop PLC, DCS, and SCADA system architecture and configurations.
  • Prepare:
    • System Configuration Diagrams
    • Control Philosophy Documents
    • Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
    • Cause & Effect Diagrams
    • Control Narratives
    • Alarm Philosophy Documents
  • Develop communication architecture using industrial protocols such as:
    • Modbus
    • Profibus
    • Profinet
    • Ethernet/IP
    • OPC
    • Foundation Fieldbus
