About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong creative, visual communication and execution skills to join our design team.
The role involves working across a diverse range of creative requirements, supporting business teams, regional stakeholders and internal functions with high-quality visual communication. From executive presentations and client proposals to campaigns, employee communications, videos and digital content, you will be responsible for bringing ideas and information to life through impactful design.
This role requires a designer who can work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality creative work within tight timelines.
More than execution, we are looking for someone who can understand the context, identify the story, develop creative concepts and recommend the right visual approach for the audience and objective.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic & Visual Design
- Develop high-quality creative assets across print and digital formats.
- Create posters, emailers, banners, social media creatives, infographics and other communication assets.
- Develop visual concepts and creative directions for campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain strong visual consistency across multiple assets and communication channels.
- Translate complex information into clear, engaging and visually compelling communication.
Presentation Design
- Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations for business, leadership and client-facing requirements.
- Develop client presentations, solution decks, proposal decks, executive presentations and business storytelling decks.
- Transform complex technical, business and data-heavy content into easy-to-understand visual narratives.
- Create professional charts, diagrams, infographics and visual frameworks.
- Improve existing presentations through strong layouts, visual hierarchy and storytelling.
- Maintain and develop presentation templates and design systems.
Document Design
- Design and beautify proposals, reports, business documents and client-facing materials.
- Create professional layouts for content-heavy documents.
- Improve readability through typography, structure, visual hierarchy and supporting graphics.
- Ensure final documents are polished, consistent and presentation ready.
Video & Motion Graphics
- Conceptualize, shoot and edit professional videos.
- Create corporate, campaign, explainer, event and presentation videos.
- Develop storyboards, scripts and visual narratives where required.
- Create motion graphics, animations and visual effects.
- Edit video footage, audio, music, voiceovers and other production elements.
- Develop short-form digital video content for different audiences and channels.
- Support video production and on-location shoots.
- Handle cameras and basic video production equipment.
- Explore AI-assisted video creation and emerging creative technologies.
Internal & Employee Communication
- Develop engaging visual communication for employees and internal audiences.
- Create assets for organizational announcements, campaigns, events, celebrations and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support newsletters, leadership communications and internal digital channels.
- Develop visual identities and creative assets for internal campaigns.
- Adapt communication across different formats while maintaining consistency and clarity.
Creative & Conceptual Thinking
- Understand the objective and context behind every creative requirement.
- Identify the target audience and key communication message.
- Develop creative concepts rather than relying solely on execution instructions.
- Recommend suitable formats, layouts and visual approaches.
- Simplify complex information into clear visual stories.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative perspectives to briefs.
- Balance creativity with business objectives, brand guidelines and usability.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders across Business Units, functions and regions.
- Understand requirements, clarify briefs and establish realistic timelines.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
- Handle high-priority and short-turnaround requirements without compromising quality.
- Present and explain creative concepts and design decisions.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and professionally.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Take ownership of projects from brief through final delivery.

Experience & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of relevant professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Services or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, Digital Media or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience working in a corporate, agency or client-facing environment is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative work.
