About the Role

Backdropsource is a fast-growing global e-commerce brand delivering custom-printed backdrops and fabrics to customers across the US, UK, and Australia. We're looking for a Creative Designer to craft high-quality visual content across our marketing and product touchpoints. This role sits at the center of our brand experience — from product imagery to campaign creatives — and requires strong design instincts paired with the ability to move fast in an e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, paid ads, and email campaigns that are on-brand and conversion-focused
• Create and enhance product listing images and banners for the website and marketplaces
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visuals
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print assets
• Handle photo editing and retouching of product and lifestyle photography
• Work on both digital and print collateral, including catalogs, packaging, and event materials
• Stay current with design trends and bring fresh ideas to campaigns and product presentation
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality

What We're Looking For

• A strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and tools like Figma or Canva
• A sharp eye for typography, color, and composition
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality in a high-volume e-commerce environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency with brand guidelines
• Understanding of product and e-commerce photography basics

Nice to Have

• Experience with video editing or motion graphics
• Background in print and packaging design
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools for faster iteration
