Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and virtual machines.
Perform VM provisioning, cloning, migration, snapshots, and resource management.
Monitor server and virtualization infrastructure performance and availability.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows services.
Perform Windows server patching, upgrades, and security hardening.
Troubleshoot Windows Server, VMware, networking, and virtualization issues.
Manage VMware clusters, HA, DRS, vMotion, and storage connectivity.
Perform capacity planning and resource optimization for virtual environments.
Work with storage and backup teams for SAN, NAS, and backup/restore activities.
Handle incident, problem, and change management according to ITIL processes.
Monitor infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and resolve alerts.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure inventory.
Participate in disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity activities.
Provide L2/L3 production support and participate in on-call/shift support when required.

ITIL / Incident / Change / Problem Management
