Asset Management / Endpoint Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Asset Management / Endpoint Analyst to manage and support the organization's IT hardware and software assets, endpoint devices, and associated lifecycle processes. The candidate will be responsible for asset tracking, endpoint administration, inventory management, compliance, troubleshooting, and ensuring devices are properly managed throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and retirement.

Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory in ServiceNow / CMDB or other asset management platforms.

Manage and monitor endpoints such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Perform endpoint provisioning, configuration, deployment, and decommissioning.

Support Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for device management and policy enforcement.

Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint configurations.

Track asset ownership, location, status, warranty, and lifecycle information.

Perform regular asset reconciliation and identify discrepancies between physical and system inventories.

Assist with software license tracking, compliance, and optimization.

Troubleshoot endpoint hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.

Support Windows 10/11 endpoint environments.

Manage endpoint patching, updates, security configurations, and vulnerability remediation.

Coordinate with procurement, vendors, IT support, security, and infrastructure teams.

Prepare asset reports, inventory dashboards, compliance reports, and lifecycle reports.

Ensure proper handling of asset transfers, replacements, lost/stolen devices, and employee offboarding.

Maintain asset management processes, SOPs, and documentation.

Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Request, Change, and Asset Management.
