Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Farmer Producer Organizations to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
- Conduct detailed assessments of FPOs’ financial health and creditworthiness to facilitate loan disbursal and other banking services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized financial products that cater specifically to the requirements of FPOs.
- Drive the acquisition of new FPO clients by identifying potential organizations and conducting outreach activities in rural and semi-urban areas.
- Monitor and manage the portfolio of FPO clients to ensure timely repayments and adherence to compliance standards.
- Organize and lead financial literacy and awareness programs for FPO members to enhance their understanding of banking products and services.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client engagement, portfolio performance, and market trends to senior management.
- Coordinate with credit, risk, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and resolution of client issues.
- Stay updated with government schemes, subsidies, and policies relevant to FPOs to advise clients effectively and leverage available benefits.
- Represent the bank at industry forums, agricultural fairs, and community events to enhance brand visibility and foster partnerships.
