- Design and develop electrical wiring harness systems for vehicles or industrial equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Create 2D and 3D harness routing using CAD tools (e.g., CATIA V5, Siemens NX, or Zuken E3).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers to integrate harness designs into overall product architecture.
- Generate and maintain detailed documentation including wiring diagrams, connector tables, and BOMs.
- Conduct design reviews, DFMEA, and validation activities to ensure product reliability and manufacturability.
- Support prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting of harness systems.
- Interface with suppliers for component selection, cost optimization, and manufacturability feedback.
BE in Electrical Engineering with knowledge of automobile parts (Electrical system)
Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring harness architecture, and component selection.
- Proficiency in CAD tools for harness design (e.g., CATIA Electrical, Capital Harness, Zuken E3).
- Familiarity with automotive or industrial standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IPC/WHMA-A-620).
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience with PLM systems and change management processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines & without supervision

- Strong communication, interpersonal skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Electrical Wiring Harness, Design, Harness routing, Modification, Drawing, BOM, Design Release in Enovia
- Softwared skills: Catia
- 6 months experience candidates also ok with some basic experience, with special education like in Skill Lync, Catia, Electrical vehicle, intership etc
- Must be BE/BTech Electrical or Mechanical with good academic record
- Good communication and explanation skill
- 1-3 years of experience in Electrical Wiring Harness, Design, Harness routing, Modification, Drawing, BOM, Design Release in Enovia
- Softwared skills: Catia
- 6 months experience candidates also ok with some basic experience, with special education like in Skill Lync, Catia, Electrical vehicle, intership etc
- Must be BE/BTech Electrical or Mechanical with good academic record
