Field Service Engineer
FLANDERS
Remote
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role. You'll support drill controllers on site, keep ADS standards aligned across multiple locations, and work closely with our Autonomous Drill System specialists to implement improvements as they're developed. You'll coach and upskill site-based maintenance teams in best-practice use of the ARDVARC system, attend Activity Status Report (ASR) meetings to drive performance, and take part in after-hours breakdown support as part of our 24/7 coverage model. Day to day, you'll manage software updates and backups, maintain accurate records and daily shift logs, and help identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that keep the fleet performing at its best.
You'll report to the Field Service Manager and work closely with site stakeholders, customer maintenance teams and Flanders' broader technical network.
About You
We're after someone who's as comfortable diagnosing a fault as they are explaining it to a customer. You'll bring a problem-solver mindset, stay calm under pressure during breakdowns, and know when to work independently and when to escalate. You see this role as more than a job – it's a genuine pathway into a technical specialist or leadership career, and you're motivated to keep building your skills along the way.
