As a Senior Telecaller, you will play a key role in driving our sales and customer service efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales for Scoresoftlabs.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Train and mentor junior telecallers to improve their performance.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a telecalling or telesales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales acumen and the ability to handle customer objections.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
