Market Integration Specialist

We are looking for a Market Integration Specialist to support the integration of business processes, systems, markets, and operational functions across multiple teams and regions. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and external partners to understand requirements, identify process gaps, coordinate integration activities, and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing business processes, systems, and market operations to identify integration gaps and improvement opportunities.

Coordinate integration activities across business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders.

Gather, analyze, and document business and integration requirements.

Work with technical teams to ensure successful integration of applications, platforms, APIs, and data flows.

Monitor integration processes and proactively identify operational issues, risks, and dependencies.

Support troubleshooting and resolution of integration-related issues.

Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, workflow diagrams, and integration-related documentation.

Coordinate testing, validation, deployment, and post-production support activities.

Track project milestones, action items, dependencies, and deliverables.

Support process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders.

Collaborate with regional and global teams to understand market-specific requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

Support change management, training, and adoption activities for new processes and integrations.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

3–7 years of experience in Market Integration, Business Integration, Business Analysis, Operations, or related roles.

Strong understanding of business processes and system integration concepts.

Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Good knowledge of APIs, data flows, application integration, and enterprise systems.

Experience with requirement gathering and documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

Experience with API / REST / SOAP integrations.

Knowledge of ETL, data mapping, middleware, and integration platforms.

Experience With Power BI Or Other Reporting/BI Tools.

Knowledge of ERP, CRM, supply-chain, or enterprise business applications.

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Exposure to automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of market operations, trade operations, logistics, or supply-chain processes is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Integration, Agile, or Project Management are an added advantage.
