Senior Specialist, Total Rewards Analytics

Leveraging advanced data visualization platforms and modern analytical and AI tools, you will develop scalable dashboards, oversee market survey activities, optimize analytical processes, and collaborate across HR functions to enable data-driven talent retention and business growth. You will partner with regional and global stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs while ensuring data integrity, reporting excellence, and operational efficiency.
- Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Deliver deep-dive, predictive, and trend analyses across Total Rewards programs.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track key compensation and benefits metrics, pay competitiveness, pay equity, and workforce trends.
- Develop meaningful visualizations that support executive decision-making.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
- Evaluate compensation structures and perform budget impact analyses.
- Translate analytical findings into executive summaries, visual reports, and actionable recommendations for Total Rewards leadership and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate data preparation routines and analytical workflows.
- Enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and support scalable analytics operations across IMG markets.
- Continuously improve reporting and analytical processes to strengthen operational excellence.
- Regional Total Rewards Programs & Market Intelligence
- Conduct quantitative modeling and scenario analyses to support the design, review, and enhancement of compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide analytical support for salary structures, promotion guidelines, off-cycle adjustment tools, and Total Rewards policies.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Lead end-to-end management of external market surveys.
- Manage data collection, job matching, quality validation, benchmark submissions, and survey participation activities.
- Perform post-survey analyses to assess market competitiveness and support compensation decisions.
- Conduct analytical evaluations for key regional and corporate initiatives, including Recognition+, Performance+, pay equity assessments, and benefit plan cost reviews.
- Provide insights to support market competitiveness, internal equity, and informed program design decisions.
- Compensation Systems & Operations Execution
- Serve as the technical and functional analytics expert during annual and off-cycle compensation planning cycles.
- Support data integrity, system validation, reporting, and analytics activities within Oracle HCM and Workforce Compensation Module (WCM).
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of compensation planning data and reports.
- Participate in After-Action Reviews (AAR) following reward cycles.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting effectiveness, and system functionality.
- Support enhancements within WCM and analytical reporting environments.
- Establish and maintain validation routines, auditing processes, and governance practices across Total Rewards data.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational requirements.
- Support strong controls and standards for compensation and workforce data management.
- Stakeholder Enablement & Strategic Communication
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs/HRBOs), Global and Regional Total Rewards teams, and HR IT stakeholders to understand business needs and analytical requirements.
- Develop analytical approaches that address workforce and compensation-related challenges.
- Deliver insights that support strategic business and talent decisions.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations.
- Present compensation and benefits insights to leadership teams and stakeholders.
- Support leadership discussions and decision-making through effective data storytelling and communication.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in Total Rewards analytics, Compensation & Benefits analysis, or HR business intelligence.
- Proven experience working with large-scale workforce and compensation datasets.
- Experience managing market salary surveys and analyzing complex reward structures within a multi-market or multinational environment.
- High proficiency in data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Visier, with demonstrated experience building automated and interactive dashboards.
- Experience working with enterprise HR systems such as Oracle HCM and Workforce Compensation Module (WCM).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex functions, modeling, Power Pivot, and macros.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Familiarity with modern AI/LLM productivity tools, data automation, or scripting tools such as Python, SQL, or Power Query for data manipulation.
