Job Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and age‑appropriate mathematics lessons to primary students.
Design and implement lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum standards and learning outcomes.
Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, counselors, and administrators to support holistic student development.
Participate in co‑curricular and extracurricular activities, including math clubs, competitions, and school events.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance as per school policies.
Engage with parents and guardians through regular communication, parent‑teacher meetings, and progress reports.
Continually update teaching methodologies by attending professional development workshops and training sessions.

Essential Qualifications

Graduate degree in Mathematics, Elementary Education, or a related field (B.Ed. or B.Sc. with a focus on Mathematics).
Valid teaching certification/licensure as per Madhya Pradesh state regulations.
Strong command of English and Hindi for effective classroom instruction.
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for young learners.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

Desired Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the primary or pre‑primary level, preferably in a co‑educational setting.
Experience with modern pedagogical tools, digital learning platforms, and interactive teaching aids.
Track record of contributing to school initiatives, such as science fairs, math Olympiads, or extracurricular clubs.
