- Monitor team performance and provide necessary support and guidance.

- Manage and handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance and progress.
- Ensure compliance with Bajaj Allianz’s policies and procedures.
- Facilitate training and onboarding for new team members.
- Graduate degree or above is required.
- Freshers with prior experience in back office or data entry are welcome to apply.
