Full Stack Engineer

Location: Hyderabad (On-site) | Experience: 5+ Years

About the Role

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer for a fast-growing technology company building on React, Node.js, and AWS. This role goes beyond traditional full-stack development - the team works inside an AI-augmented development workflow, and candidates are expected to be genuinely comfortable using AI coding assistants like Claude and GitHub Copilot as part of their daily work, not just familiar with them in passing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend
• Deploy, monitor, and manage services within an AWS environment
• Integrate AI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot) into day-to-day development to accelerate delivery without compromising code quality
• Collaborate with product and design stakeholders to translate requirements into working software
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the stack

Required Skills Must-Haves

• 5+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React (frontend)
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (backend)
• Hands-on experience working in an AWS environment
• Genuine, hands-on day-to-day familiarity with AI coding assistants - specifically Claude and GitHub Copilot
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad for an on-site role
