About Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage and convert sales opportunities through effective product demonstrations, webinars, client engagement, follow-ups, and deal closure.

This role is primarily focused on engaging with existing and qualified leads, understanding customer requirements, demonstrating Sioniq’s solutions, handling client communication

The role also involves participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences, with occasional business travel as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Handling & Qualification
  • Handle inbound, marketing-generated, and qualified leads provided by the company.
  • Understand the prospect's business requirements, challenges, and expectations.
  • Qualify and prioritize opportunities based on customer needs and potential.
  • Maintain timely communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with the relevant internal teams whenever additional product or technical inputs are required.
  • Product Demonstrations
  • Take ownership of online product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Understand the prospect's requirements before each demo and tailor the presentation accordingly.
  • Clearly explain Sioniq's product features, capabilities, benefits, and relevant use cases.
  • Engage prospects during the demo and answer their questions effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical or product-related queries when required.
  • Follow up with prospects after demonstrations and move opportunities to the next stage.
  • Webinars & Product Presentations
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct product webinars and online presentations.
  • Present Sioniq's solutions confidently to prospective customers and webinar participants.
  • Engage with attendees, understand their requirements, and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with participants after webinars and nurture relevant prospects towards conversion.
  • Continuously improve webinar and presentation approaches based on customer feedback.
  • Client Handling & Relationship Management
  • Act as a key point of contact for prospects during the sales process.
  • Build strong and professional relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Understand customer concerns, requirements, and objections.
  • Provide timely responses and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure customer queries are addressed effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects until the opportunity is successfully closed or appropriately nurtured.
  • Follow-ups & Opportunity Management
  • Conduct consistent and structured follow-ups through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
  • Track customer interactions and next steps.
  • Ensure prospects are continuously engaged throughout the buying journey.
  • Identify the right time and approach to move prospects towards a purchase decision.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and minimize drop-offs.
  • Proposal, Negotiation & Deal Closure
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Explain commercial terms and product offerings to prospects.
  • Handle objections and work with customers to resolve concerns.
  • Support negotiations and move qualified opportunities towards closure.
  • Take ownership of the sales process from demo to final conversion.
  • Events & Business Development Activities
  • Represent Sioniq at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events.
  • Engage with visitors, prospects, partners, and industry professionals at events.
  • Explain Sioniq's solutions and identify relevant business opportunities.
  • Collect and follow up with potential prospects generated through events.
  • Be willing to travel occasionally for business events and related activities.
  • CRM & Sales Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, demos, webinars, follow-ups, proposals, and deal stages in the CRM.
  • Keep the sales pipeline updated and ensure timely movement of opportunities.
  • Track sales activities and provide regular updates to management.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and expected closure timelines.

Sales Cycle

The candidate will primarily manage the conversion and engagement stages of the sales cycle:

Qualified Lead → Requirement Understanding → Product Demo → Follow-ups → Webinar/Presentation → Proposal → Objection Handling → Negotiation → Deal Closure

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events and business activities

Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, IT/Technology Sales, Solution Sales, or a related field.
  • Candidates with strong communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills may also be considered.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be confident in front of customers, strong at presentations, excellent at follow-ups, and capable of building relationships and converting opportunities into customers.

This is not a pure cold-calling or lead-generation role. The primary focus is on product demonstrations, webinars, client engagement, opportunity management, follow-ups, and deal closure, along with representing Sioniq at relevant industry events.
