We are looking for an Facility Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our corporate office and ensure everything runs smoothly. You will work closely with employees, vendors, and internal teams to maintain a well-functioning and organized workplace.
What You’ll Work On
- Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office requirements including housekeeping, pantry, maintenance, security, and overall office upkeep.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with office vendors, negotiate with service providers, track contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Employee Support: Handle employee requests related to office facilities, seating, access cards, stationery, meals, and other workplace needs.
- Facilities & Maintenance: Coordinate repairs, maintenance, internet, electricity, equipment, and other facility-related requirements.
- Office Supplies: Maintain inventory of stationery, pantry supplies, cleaning materials, and other office essentials and ensure timely replenishment.
- Events & Meetings: Support internal meetings, team events, celebrations, visitor management, and other office activities.
- Bills & Expenses: Track office-related expenses, vendor bills, invoices, and ensure timely processing and payments.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure basic workplace safety, fire safety, access control, and other office compliance requirements are maintained.
- Office Expansion: Support office setup, seating arrangements, shifting, and infrastructure requirements as the company grows.
- Administration: Maintain records, trackers, documents, and reports related to office operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Office Administration, Facilities, Workplace, or General Administration.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Someone who is hands-on, proactive, and takes ownership of day-to-day issues.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Experience managing a startup or corporate office.
- Experience handling multiple vendors and facility partners.
- Experience in office setup, expansion, or relocation.
- Experience managing office budgets and expenses.
