Responsibilities
- Pick up packages from our facility and deliver them to specified addresses in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections for SSV Enterprises.
- Ensure that all packages are delivered safely and without damage.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.
- Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to management promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to optimize delivery routes.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times for SSV Enterprises.
- Follow the operational procedures set by SSV Enterprises.
- Minimum qualification of 12th pass and above.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in courier delivery.
- Valid Aadhar Card and PAN Card.
- A valid Driving License and a reliable two-wheeler or vehicle for deliveries.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
