Responsibilities
- Pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers.
- Ensure timely delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments.
- Adhere to all traffic rules and safety protocols while driving.
- Keep your delivery bike clean and well-maintained.
- Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to management.
- Work collaboratively with restaurant partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow Zomato’s policies and procedures at all times.
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
- Must possess a valid Aadhar Card and PAN Card.
- Driving License (DL) or Learner's License (LLR) is required.
- Must have a bank account for payments.
- Own a bike for deliveries.
- Good communication skills in English or local languages.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Must be at least 10th grade educated or above.
- Immediate joining with the ability to start work within 2 to 3 hours.
- Flexible working hours—login and logout anytime that suits you.
- Daily or weekly payments for your convenience.
- Work in your local area and save on commuting.
- Earn up to ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month.
- Weekly incentives available up to ₹1,500.
- Joining bonus ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹8,000 upon successful application.
