You’ll make a difference by:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Payroll Executive with 2–3 years of experience to support day-to-day payroll operations. The role involves managing payroll processes, including input processing, payroll validation, handling employee queries, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth payroll execution and vendor management.
  • Process payroll inputs accurately and within timelines.
  • Perform payroll validation and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Handle employee payroll-related queries efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth payroll operations.
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Your success is grounded in

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR / Business Administration preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in payroll, preferably in the ASEAN region.
  • Strong team coordination and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word).
  • Knowledge of Workday (preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work as per schedules.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to handle challenges and identify opportunities.
  • Customer-focused approach with demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly energetic, self-driven, and a go-getter attitude.
