About the Company

A global media company is building its India operations and has partnered with Flexiple to hire senior design talent. You will set the visual bar for content seen by audiences worldwide. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will own design end to end on key projects, raise the quality of the work, and guide less experienced designers toward a consistent standard.

Key Responsibilities

Design Ownership

• Lead design on high-profile editorial, marketing, and campaign work
• Translate strategy and briefs into polished, original visual concepts
• Maintain and evolve the visual system across channels

Quality & Mentorship

• Review work and give clear, constructive design feedback
• Mentor junior designers and lift the team's craft

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5 to 10 years in graphic or visual design with a standout portfolio
• Advanced command of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strong grounding in typography, layout, and composition
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in media, publishing, or content-led brands
• Comfort guiding designers and owning quality on a team
• Motion or editorial design skills an advantage
