Legal Manager – Fintech & Digital Assets

We are hiring a Legal Manager for a fast-growing organisation operating in the fintech, financial services and digital assets ecosystem.

This is a high-ownership role working closely with founders and business teams on legal, regulatory, compliance and commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on financial services, fintech and digital asset regulations.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial, technology, vendor, platform and partnership agreements.
• Support AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, sanctions and financial crime compliance frameworks.
• Assess regulatory implications of new products, partnerships and business models.
• Support regulatory filings, policies, compliance reviews and regulatory engagements.
• Work closely with product, technology, operations and leadership teams.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified lawyer with 3–7 years PQE.
• Experience in Fintech / Financial Services / Regulatory Compliance / Digital Assets / AML / Commercial Legal.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience.
• Understanding of AML, KYC/CDD and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Strong legal research and regulatory interpretation skills.
• Experience with a fintech, financial institution, digital asset business or relevant law firm will be preferred.
