Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Surat
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication may apply)
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 + Incentives
Employment: Full-Time
Role:
- Handle PAN India inbound & outbound leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain car detailing training programs.
- Follow up with interested leads and handle objections.
- Convert leads into confirmed enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the training team when required.
Skills:
Strong communication & convincing skills
Hindi & English mandatory; Gujarati is a plus
BDE / Tele-sales / Inside Sales / B2C Sales experience preferred
Good follow-up & negotiation skills
Comfortable with targets, Excel/CRM & Zoom
