Moody’s RCO/RAY Consultant (Techno-Functional)

• We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional RCO Consultant with hands-on experience in Moody’s RiskConfidence (RCO) and banking risk solutions. The candidate will work with banking clients to understand risk and regulatory requirements, configure and implement RCO solutions, manage data mapping and transformation, and support testing and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Moody’s RiskConfidence (RCO) solutions based on business and regulatory requirements.
• Gather requirements from Risk, Treasury, Finance and IT stakeholders and translate them into RCO configurations.
• Work on data mapping, data transformation, ETL and data validation.
• Configure risk models, parameters, calculations and regulatory requirements within RCO.
• Support modules such as Liquidity Risk, ALM, Stress Testing, LCR/NSFR, IRRBB and Regulatory Reporting, depending on project requirements.
• Perform SIT, UAT, result validation, troubleshooting and production support.
• Analyze implementation issues and coordinate with technical/business teams for resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications, data mappings, test cases and implementation documentation.
• Support client discussions, demonstrations, knowledge transfer and post-go-live activities.

Requirements

• Experience in Banking Risk / Risk Management technology.
• Hands-on experience with Moody’s RiskConfidence (RCO) implementation.
• Strong understanding of Liquidity Risk, ALM, Stress Testing and Regulatory Reporting.
• Experience with LCR, NSFR, IRRBB and/or other banking regulatory calculations.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, ETL, data modelling and data validation.
• Good SQL skills and understanding of banking/risk data models.
• Experience across the complete implementation lifecycle: Requirement Gathering → Design → Configuration → Testing → UAT → Go-Live → Production Support.
• Strong techno-functional and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience working with global banking clients is preferred.
• Moody’s RCO certification is an advantage.
