Key Responsibilities
- E3D System Administration
Manage E3D databases, catalogs, specifications, and project structures.
Ensure system performance, version control, and data integrity.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with AVEVA support as required.
- AVEVA Diagrams (P&ID / PFD) Administration
Manage symbol catalogs, templates, drawing standards, and engineering data models.
Coordinate data consistency between Diagrams and E3D models.
- Customization & Automation (PML)
Create custom tools, menus, macros, reports, and interfaces as required by engineering teams.
Optimize workflows through automation and smart modeling solutions.
- Project Support & Coordination
Conduct user training, onboarding sessions, and preparation of user guides.
Implement project standards, modeling guidelines, and quality checks.
Monitor project progress related to E3D deliverables and support project execution.
- Data Management & Integration
Manage metadata, tagging conventions, and engineering data exchange requirements.
Support migration of legacy data to AVEVA platforms.
- Governance & Compliance
Maintain audit trails, security permissions, and project backups.
Prepare technical documentation, configurations, and change logs.

Work Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in EPC / Oil & Gas projects.
Proven expertise as an E3D Administrator with AVEVA E3D and AVEVA Diagrams.
Strong proficiency in PML (Programming Macro Language) for customization and automation.
In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas industry modeling standards, specifications, and project workflows.
Experience with SQL databases, project data management, and integration of AVEVA tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams
