Business Development Executive

We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDA)

MECHOTOR STUDIOS is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client services business.

We work across Website UI/UX, Web Development, Branding & Logo Design, Graphics, Game UI/Art, and Game Development.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and generate new business opportunities

• Find potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, social media, and other channels

• Reach out to startups, businesses, agencies, and entrepreneurs

• Understand client requirements and introduce our services

• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects

• Prepare proposals and help close projects

• Build long-term client relationships

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report progress

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong interest in sales and business development

• Ability to generate leads independently

• Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email outreach

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Previous experience in IT, web, design, digital agency, or software sales is a plus

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also welcome

Compensation

Performance-based / Commission + Incentives

Competitive commission structure based on successfully acquired and closed projects, with no earning ceiling.

For the right candidate, we can transition to a fixed salary + performance-based commission structure based on results.
