Role Summary

Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, Development
    • Own and execute end‑to‑end design, development for telecom software solutions.
    • Translate customer requirements into high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
    • Implement industry best practices, including secure coding, code reviews, and performance optimization.
  • Programming & Tools
    • Strong hands‑on experience in C/C++ development.
    • Experience with CI/CD automation pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.
  • Telecom Domain Expertise
    • Experience working in Telecom.
    • Good understanding of Packet Core components, architectures, and protocols.
  • Agile Delivery
    • Actively participate in AGILE/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless integration and delivery.
  • Leadership & Mentoring
    • Although an individual contributor role, the candidate should proactively guide and mentor team members whenever needed.
    • Contribute to technical discussions, solution reviews, and troubleshooting complex issues.
Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Telecom software development
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++
  • Knowledge of Packet Core
  • Agile development experience
  • Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to deliver independently with minimal supervision
