About GoMarble

GoMarble is building AI agents for the day-to-day work of performance marketing teams. We help marketers analyze performance, investigate changes, understand creative, research competitors, and turn recurring work into dependable operating workflows.

Making those agents genuinely useful takes more than software deployment. Someone needs to understand the customer's business, paid-media accounts, targets, workflows, and judgment calls - and translate all of that into a system the team trusts.

About the role

You will embed with customers, learn how their growth teams operate, and turn recurring paid-media work into reliable GoMarble workflows. You will help marketers move from experimenting with AI to using it for daily monitoring, creative analysis, competitive research, reporting, and campaign execution.

You will stay close enough to the work to notice when an agent is using the wrong conversion event, comparing incompatible time windows, mistaking a tracking problem for creative fatigue, or producing something technically correct but operationally useless.

This is not a traditional customer-success position. It is a hands-on deployment role for someone who already understands paid media.

What you'll do

• Learn each customer's products, funnels, channels, account structure, conversion events, attribution rules, targets, and operating cadence.
• Map marketers to the products, accounts, and KPIs they own, then identify missing context, broken connections, incorrect scopes, and measurement gaps.
• Translate recurring work into daily performance briefs, CAC and pacing reviews, creative-fatigue audits, competitor reports, channel audits, and optimization workflows.
• Define the right comparison periods, thresholds, guardrails, approval steps, and output format for each workflow.
• Start manually, validate the result with the operator, and automate only after the workflow is trustworthy.
• Run working sessions in which marketers leave with functioning workflows, not presentations and homework.
• Review agent outputs with the same skepticism you would apply to an analyst's work, checking attribution maturity, conversion definitions, account scope, campaign eligibility, and tracking health.
• Separate creative problems from delivery, funding, approval, tracking, audience, or landing-page problems.
• Diagnose whether a failed outcome comes from configuration, missing context, product behavior, data quality, or the underlying ad platform.
• Turn repeated customer needs into product requirements, templates, and reusable deployment patterns.
• Track activation, workflow reliability, repeat usage, time saved, insights surfaced, and actions taken.
• Produce honest adoption and value reviews, including failures and incomplete results.

What success looks like

• Customers have correct business, funnel, account, KPI, and measurement context inside GoMarble.
• Several marketers use workflows built around their actual responsibilities.
• Reliable recurring agents are live for the customer's highest-value operating tasks.
• At least one agent-assisted analysis or optimization is carried from recommendation to reviewed action.
• There is a clear record of where GoMarble saved time, caught something the team might have missed, or helped a marketer make a better decision.
• There is a documented roadmap for expanding from individual workflows into a durable operating system for the wider growth team.

What we're looking for

Paid-media fluency is a prerequisite, but we do not screen candidates by a fixed number of years. You should have hands-on experience with both Google Ads and Meta Ads, with enough depth to diagnose performance and explain what should happen next.

• Strong command of CAC, CPA, ROAS, contribution margin, LTV, pacing, and funnel conversion.
• Practical understanding of attribution windows, conversion-event definitions, campaign structure, bidding, budgets, audiences, creative testing, and fatigue.
• The judgment to distinguish an interesting observation from an actionable recommendation.
• Enough analytical depth to inspect messy account data and challenge misleading conclusions.
• Strong client-facing ability: lead working sessions, ask sharp questions, turn ambiguous goals into dependable workflows, and earn the trust of sophisticated marketers.
• Experience in an international agency environment, or serving clients across markets, time zones, and cultures, is strongly valued.
• High learning velocity, ownership, and evidence of mastering unfamiliar problems quickly. We value high-potential candidates with strong judgment, even when their experience is less conventional.
• Clear written and verbal communication across briefs, implementation plans, workshops, and executive readouts.
• Technical curiosity about integrations, data flows, configuration, and product behavior.
• Comfort operating without a playbook and codifying what works as you go.
• Honesty about uncertainty, incomplete evidence, and product limitations.

Especially relevant experience

• Running paid acquisition or performance strategy across multiple products, markets, or accounts.
• Working in an international agency, high-growth in-house team, or marketing-technology company, especially across multiple clients and markets.
• Building reporting, automation, or operating systems for growth teams.
• Leading onboarding or implementation for technically sophisticated customers.
• Working with product and engineering to turn customer problems into software.
• Using AI tools deeply enough to understand both their leverage and their failure modes.

The simplest description of the job

Embed with a customer's paid-media team, understand how they make decisions, turn that work into dependable GoMarble agents, and stay accountable until those agents create measurable value.
