Supply Chain & Operations Associate

We're doing personalised meal prep in Coimbatore, cooked and delivered daily. Over the next few months we are adding blood testing and wearable tracking on top, building towards a preventative care platform. Around 200 customers, small team, we're building fast.

The role

You'll own logistics and operations across kitchen, purchase, delivery, relations with labs and more.

• Manage inventory and purchase
• Ensure smooth operations following standards in kitchen by chefs
• Manage delivery fleet, routes and schedules
• Turn every recurring problem into a checklist so it stops recurring

What we look for

• Relentless executor who thrives in uncertain environments
• Someone who does what's needed without being told. Detail obsessed.
• Comfortable on the floor with vendors, chefs and delivery partners, in Tamil and English
• Meticulous. Writes things down and stays organised
• Comfortable with early starts and things breaking at odd hours
• Quick on feet when something breaks.
