Job Summary
For our CSS division we are looking for a Project Manager who will lead multiple projects, ensuring alignment with internal and contractual requirements. The Project Manager will act as the central controller for all project-related activities, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. This role also contributes to the development of processes and tools in collaboration with other Project Managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of the assigned projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, cost control, risk registers, and status reporting.
- Identify and resolve with the team any potential deviations from the approved project plan and manage critical paths to achieve milestone goals.
- Coordinate internal functions, i.e. engineering, procurement, manufacturing and QA/QC.
- Facilitate consensus decisions and conflict resolution within the team
- Communicate project status, issues, risks, and activities; chair meetings and maintain minutes.
- Manage project costs and drive improvements in cost ratio
- Ensure key milestones are met within time and cost constraints, while adhering to proper quality requirements.
- Ensure goods and deliverables are supplied by Project requirements.
- Build trust-based relationships with Customers, acting as main point of contact.
- Share best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, procurement, and vendors to track deliverables
- Support audits and client reviews with accurate documentation.
- 5+ years’ experience in leading major projects in Oil & Gas environment
- Lean knowledge valued
- PMP certification or equivalent valued
- Proven techniques / methods for resolving issues and conflicts
- Process oriented and self-directed
- Strong verbal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop detailed project timelines / schedules
- High proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point
- SAP and Oracle proficiency valued
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, API, ASME, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder communication skills.
- Fluency in English required.
