Founder's Office

We're hiring a Founder's Office role at Pomoro.

Pomoro is a premium, clean-label Italian sauce brand. Proper tomatoes, real olive oil, no preservatives, nothing on the label we can't explain to you. We launched D2C in May, we're on Amazon, and over the next few months we're moving into quick commerce and offline.

Which is exactly why we need one more person.

This is not an assistant job.

We are looking for someone who takes things off our plate permanently and comes back when they're done, or when they need a decision only the Founder can make.

What you'll own:

• Turn ideas into execution.. and actually own it
• Strengthening and upgrading our supply side, from vendors to production planning
• Setting up inventory systems that actually hold up as we scale
• Our quick commerce expansion
• Offline events, from the planning deck to standing at the stall at 7am
• Brand collaborations, end to end
• Coordinating our external agencies so they actually deliver

Who we think you are:

• 3 to 6 years of work behind you, at least one of them somewhere small and messy
• Good with numbers, excel and understands basic code (enough to prompt Claude code)
• Can build a margin model in a spreadsheet without being taught
• Writes clearly, because muddy writing is muddy thinking and I don't have the bandwidth to translate
• Has personally chased something boring to completion. A vendor, a lawyer, a refund. It's a real skill and it has nothing to do with being clever.
• Actually cares about food

Things we don't care about: your college, whether you have an MBA, whether you've worked in FMCG before.

The salary will be lower than what you can get elsewhere. We're not going to dress that up. What we can offer instead is meaningful ESOPs, so that if we build something valuable, you own a real piece of it.

What you also get: a front row seat to every part of building a brand while it's still small enough to see all of it at once.

What you don't get: a big team, clean processes, or a founder who has all the answers.
