About the Company

A US-headquartered product company is scaling its India design hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its design lead. You will set direction for a team building visuals that reach a global user base. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Lead Graphic Designer, you will own the visual direction across the brand, run a small design team, and keep quality and consistency high as the work scales.

Key Responsibilities

Direction & Delivery

• Set and uphold visual direction across product, marketing, and brand
• Plan and prioritise the design pipeline against business goals
• Build and maintain the design system, templates, and asset library

Team & Stakeholders

• Manage, review, and mentor a small team of designers
• Partner with product, marketing, and leadership on priorities

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5 to 10 years in design with experience leading designers or projects
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• A strong portfolio spanning brand, digital, and systems work
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building a design function or system from early stages
• Exposure to a product or technology company environment
• Comfort with partial US time-zone overlap
