We are seeking an experienced and highly hands-on AI/ML Architecture & Delivery Leader who has progressed through the ranks from a strong software engineering background, with deep expertise in Python development and architecture, and has evolved into a trusted AI/ML solution architect.
This is not a pure people-management role. We are looking for a technology leader who remains actively involved in solution design, architecture reviews, technical decision-making, project estimation, client engagements, and delivery execution.
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to conceptualize, architect, estimate, lead, and successfully deliver end-to-end AI initiatives while also contributing to the company's growth by identifying, shaping, and driving new AI opportunities and offerings.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Solution Architecture
- Design end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise-scale projects.
- Define scalable architectures, technology stacks, deployment models, and integration strategies.
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Drive technical design decisions across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Establish reusable frameworks, accelerators, and AI delivery methodologies.
- Remain actively involved in coding, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and solution validation.
- Guide teams in Python-based development, code quality, system design, and performance optimization.
- Review architecture, implementation plans, and critical code components.
- Mentor engineering teams on AI, ML, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG architectures, and cloud-native development.
- Own AI project execution from discovery through production deployment.
- Lead requirement analysis, technical planning, execution governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure delivery quality, scalability, security, and business outcomes.
- Drive project health reviews, milestone tracking, and execution excellence.
- Prepare solution estimates, project plans, resource models, and delivery roadmaps.
- Participate in client discussions, workshops, RFP responses, and technical presentations.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and implementation strategies.
- Evaluate feasibility, effort, timelines, costs, and delivery risks.
- Identify emerging AI trends, technologies, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop AI service offerings and solution accelerators.
- Support business development efforts by engaging with prospects and helping convert opportunities into projects.
- Act as a technology evangelist and thought leader for AI initiatives within the organization.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in project estimation, presales, and solutioning.
- Experience engaging directly with clients, leadership teams, and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or related field. 8+ years of overall software engineering experience. Minimum 5+ years leading AI/ML architecture and delivery initiatives. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI programs. Demonstrated expertise in project estimation, presales, and solutioning. Experience engaging directly with clients, leadership teams, and business stakeholders.
