Job Summary
We are looking for a QA Engineer (1–2 years of experience) who can ensure the quality, reliability and usability of our product through structured testing and attention to detail. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to test new features, identify issues and ensure a smooth product experience.
Where You Can Create Impact
- Understand product requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing across product features
- Identify, document and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
- Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues
- Perform end-to-end testing across different product workflows and use cases
- Validate new features and releases before they reach customers
- Identify edge cases and gaps in existing test coverage
- Maintain test documentation and contribute to improving QA processes
- Provide feedback on product quality, usability and overall user experience
- Good to have: Build and maintain automated test cases for critical product workflows
Requirements
Must Have
- 1–2 years of experience in software testing / QA
- Hands-on experience with manual testing of web applications
- Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals and QA processes
- Experience with functional, regression and integration testing
- Ability to create detailed test cases and identify edge cases
- Experience in identifying, documenting and tracking bugs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and a user-focused approach
Good to Have
- Experience with automation testing using Playwright
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and working knowledge of JavaScript
- Basic understanding of API testing and knowledge of SQL / database testing
- Experience working in a SaaS or startup environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Jira or similar QA / bug tracking tools
