Head Spare part sales

Location: WIRTGEN INDIA Pvt. Ltd., 452010 Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Basic Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree
Age: 35- 45 Years
Experience: 15- 25 years

Purpose of the Job:

To ensure smooth running of the machine by rectifying issues, break down and regular mainte-nance
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Scope of Work & Accountabilities:

Develop and implement sales forecasts for the Parts business.

Able to use Spares Application Knowledge and provide input on efforts to enhance existing products that meet customer requirements.
Work on maintaining pricing and gross margin requirements.
Ensuring market-share in Parts.
Ensuring Accurate Parts Projection
Estimating and Analyzing Part Potential
Provide input on efforts to enhance existing products that meet customer requirements while maintain-ing pricing and gross margin requirements.
Develop and implement marketing programs and objectives to increase the sales and profitability of the Parts business.
Analyze sales statistics to formulate activities to assist in promoting sales.
Meet monthly sales targets
Implement and control the stripping and proper placement of all used spares.
Identify all useable parts on any Machines purchased, or parts brought in and mark these to be entered into inventory according to costing sheet
Ensure that all customers are being served in a professional timeous fashion and are being provided with the correct parts
Developing policies/Strategies to liquidate non Moving stock
Counter/ Monitor spurious supplier
Account Receivable Management.
Leading and motivating the Spares Sales teams in back office to ensure the right execution of the Spares sales target and documentation.
