Job Purpose

Responsible for HSW compliance

Key Result Areas / Accountabilities

Governance with VIL internal team, MS and infra partners for HSW compliance
Ensure 100% compliance to HSW requirements and adherence on the ground and also ensure ‘ZERO’ fatality.

Maintain HSW score >95 month on month

PTW compliance
Vehicles Telematics and compliance monitoring
Msafe compliance
Accident and Incident management
Vendor Safety Plan Review
Planned General Inspection for VIL and IP sites
Promote culture of Safety and Wellbeing
Periodic inspections, random field checks to improve HSW compliance

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Strong knowledge of HSW compliance
Communication and presentation skill set
Knowledge of safety rules and practices MUST

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

BE Electrical/Electronics.
First level knowledge of all technical nodes on safety perspective.
