We are looking for an experienced Netskope Security Engineer to design, implement, configure, and support Netskope cloud security solutions. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SASE, SSE, SWG, CASB, DLP, ZTNA, network security, and cloud security technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and administer Netskope Security Cloud solutions.

Configure and manage Netskope CASB, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), DLP, and ZTNA policies.

Configure security policies for web, cloud applications, users, and devices.

Monitor Netskope events, alerts, incidents, and security logs.

Troubleshoot issues related to web traffic, cloud applications, SSL inspection, and security policies.

Configure and manage Netskope Client and related endpoint security components.

Implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions based on business requirements.

Develop and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and controls.

Integrate Netskope with enterprise identity providers, SIEM, and other security platforms.

Work with networking and security teams to troubleshoot DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, proxy, and routing issues.

Perform security policy tuning and optimization.

Support incident investigation and remediation.

Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.

Participate in security projects, upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Netskope administration and troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of SASE and SSE architecture.

Experience with CASB, SWG, DLP, and ZTNA.

Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, VPN, and Proxy.

Experience with cloud security concepts across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Knowledge of Identity & Access Management, SSO, SAML, and Active Directory/Entra ID.

Experience with security monitoring and SIEM integrations.

Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
