Job Description
BIM365, a Jaipur-based BIM outsourcing company working with AEC firms across Australia, US, UK and Gulf markets, is urgently hiring a BIM MEP Engineer for our in-office team in Jaipur. In this role, you'll build accurate 3D MEP models in Revit for HVAC, plumbing/piping, and fire fighting systems based on drawings from our international clients. You'll model ductwork, pipe routing, and equipment placement, coordinate your work with architecture and structure teams, run clash detection in Navisworks, and resolve coordination issues before they reach site. You'll be expected to read drawings independently, ask the right questions when something's unclear, and keep models updated as designs evolve — working on live international projects, not domestic drafting work. This is a full-time, in-office role only, based at our Jaipur office.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling (HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection — one or more disciplines is fine). Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP; Navisworks experience is a strong plus. Must be comfortable reading and interpreting mechanical/plumbing drawings and specs independently. Should be able to work on international (Australia/US/UK) project standards once briefed. Good spoken and written English, since you may occasionally join calls or emails with overseas coordinators. Must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate — this is strictly an in-office position, no remote or hybrid option. This is an urgent requirement with fast-track interviews and quick joining for the right candidate.
