Growth Lead (SaaS Marketing & Sales)
Techdome
We're a SaaS company looking for one person to own our entire growth engine, from the ad account to the landing page to the closed deal. This is a high-ownership role. You won't be handed a playbook or a team to delegate to. You'll build the playbook, run it yourself, and be measured on numbers, not activity.
It's a big scope for the right person: strategy, paid acquisition, landing pages, funnel, and sales, all under you. If you want to run growth like it's your own company and grow with us as we scale, this is for you.
What You'll Own
- Set the growth strategy and own the full funnel: impression to click to signup or trial to activation to paying customer.
- Plan and run paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and newer AI ad channels (ChatGPT and LLM placements). Strategy, budget allocation, and daily optimization, done by you.
- Build and improve high-converting landing pages in Framer, including hero, messaging, and A/B tests, without waiting on a designer or developer.
- Manage the paid budget with full accountability for CAC, payback period, and ROAS. Report on it honestly, including what isn't working.
- Own the sales motion. Qualify inbound, run the demo and close process, and tighten the handoff between marketing and sales.
- Write and test ad creative and copy across different angles, and get it produced fast using AI tools.
- Set up tracking, attribution, and dashboards so every decision is driven by data.
- Proven experience driving paid acquisition for a SaaS or subscription product, not just DTC or ecommerce. You understand trials, freemium, activation, and self-serve vs sales-assisted motions.
- Hands-on, current expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. You've personally managed live budgets and can show real results.
- Ability to design and ship converting landing pages in Framer. Portfolio or live URLs required.
- Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT for creative, copy, research, and speed.
- A numbers-first mindset. You speak in CAC, payback, conversion rate, and LTV, and you can walk us through a campaign you diagnosed and fixed.
- An owner's mindset. You're comfortable with ambiguity, you figure things out on your own, and you'd rather build from scratch than manage someone else's process.
- Sales experience: running demos, handling objections, closing SaaS deals.
- Familiarity with SEO, lifecycle and email, and marketing analytics tools.
- Early-stage or 0 to 1 experience where you built things yourself.
Someone ambitious who wants a stretch role with real ownership over a safe, narrow job. If you want to prove you can run growth end to end and be rewarded as the company grows, you'll fit here. If you want a big team and a defined lane, this isn't the one.
