A Technical Business Analyst with seven plus years of experience who acts as the liaison between the Product and Technical/Engineering teams — translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, and ensuring smooth handoff to development and QA. Should have worked in a project that involves AI for development and testing. Hand-on AI experience is preferred. Should be very proficient with Agile, Scrum and SDLC methodologies. Excellent communication is a must and should have experience in facilitating meeitngs with multiple stakeholders

Analyze business requirements related to Ford Bill (Unified Blilling) domain and recommend solutions to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with overall business strategy.
Work closely with the Product owner to understand the requirements and create JIRA User stories
Participate in requirements gathering, design, and testing phases of the software development life cycle.
Develop detailed business requirements documentation, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to gather requirements and feedback.
Facilitate discussions with business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and ensure that solutions are feasible.
Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.
Experience in using AI for breaking down the PRDs into user stories, creating JIRA user stories, etc
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of SAAS platforms and experience working with cloud-based software solutions.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
