We're looking for a Junior MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team on-site. You'll work alongside senior developers building and shipping features across the stack — MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, write real production code, and grow into a well-rounded full-stack engineer.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive user interfaces in React using modern hooks and component patterns
- Develop and maintain REST APIs with Node.js and Express
- Write queries and design schemas in MongoDB
- Fix bugs, write tests, and improve existing features based on user feedback
- Collaborate with designers and product teammates to turn requirements into working software
- Participate in code reviews and daily standups
- 0–2 years of experience with the MERN stack (internships, freelance work, and strong personal projects count)
- Solid fundamentals in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
- Working knowledge of React — state, props, hooks, component lifecycle
- Basic understanding of Node.js, Express, and building/consuming REST APIs
- Familiarity with MongoDB and Git
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and ask questions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience
