Role Summary
- Associate Manager in the Programmes department, responsible for overseeing centre management and day-to-day operations at the assigned centre.
- Lead centre planning and scheduling for engagement activities to ensure smooth execution and consistent participant experience.
- Work closely with Aakriti volunteers to support mentorship, development, and an empowering centre environment.
- Coordinate engagement with third-party stakeholders and Arvind Senior Management to support effective programme delivery.
- Maintain monitoring, data management, and reporting of centre activities at defined intervals.
- Oversee centre operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
- Plan and schedule engagement activities in alignment with programme priorities and centre needs.
- Coordinate with Aakriti volunteers to support mentorship, development, and participation in centre activities.
- Manage engagement with third-party stakeholders and support coordination with Arvind Senior Management.
- Monitor centre activities and maintain accurate data, records, and reports at defined intervals.
- Ensure effective execution of centre plans, timelines, and operational follow-ups.
- Support a safe, inclusive, and well-organised environment for all centre activities.
- Maintain accountability, consistency, and high standards in centre operations and reporting.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Sociology, Rural Development, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing large multidisciplinary teams and overseeing programme delivery, budgets, residential operations, and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and high-quality operational standards.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire young women and support holistic development.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective relationships with students, families, staff, employers, government agencies, and CSR partners.
- Exceptional planning, organisational, and execution skills.
- Commitment to integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting mentorship and development initiatives for young women.
- Exposure to centre-based programme coordination and engagement planning.
- Strong data management and reporting capability.
