Technical Product Manager(AI Products)
Arrowhead
About the Job
Experience Required: 4-5 years of overall professional experience, including 2-3 years in a product-facing role (Product Manager, Associate PM, Product Analyst, or similar). Prior B2B/enterprise product experience is a plus.
About the Role
We're looking for a versatile, product-minded professional to join our AI product team. This role blends light program operations with substantial product responsibility. You’ll help ensure execution runs smoothly day-to-day, but your primary focus will be developing product judgment: understanding users, defining what to build, and using data to make decisions. Over time, your scope will grow into full ownership of product areas within our AI offerings, with mentorship and support along the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with product leadership to understand customer needs, market context, and the unique considerations of building AI-driven products
- Help define and refine product requirements, working with design and engineering to translate ideas into shippable features
- Own analytics for assigned product areas : defining success metrics, building dashboards, and using data to identify opportunities and risks
- Evaluate AI/model behavior from a product lens : understanding accuracy, edge cases, customer trust, and where the product needs guardrails or improvements
- Conduct or support user/customer research, gather feedback, and synthesize insights into actionable product decisions
- Help prioritize the roadmap using frameworks like RICE or JTBD, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business goals
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and account teams (where relevant) to understand client pain points and translate them into product requirements
- Maintain light program coordination as needed : tracking key deliverables, flagging risks, and keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned
- Take ownership of product areas or features with increasing autonomy as scope expands
- Stay current on AI product trends, competitor offerings, and emerging best practices in building with AI/ML
Required Skills & Experience
- 4-5 years of overall professional experience, with 2-3 years specifically in product management or product-adjacent roles
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data, spreadsheets, SQL, and drawing insights from numbers
- Technical fluency: able to understand AI/ML systems, read technical docs, and communicate credibly with engineers and data scientists
- Demonstrated product thinking - track record of defining requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, and making tradeoffs
- Genuine interest in AI products specifically, curiosity about how models behave, where they fail, and how to design around those limitations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mentality - proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, doesn't wait to be told what to do
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in B2B/enterprise product management : understanding of multiple stakeholders, longer sales cycles, and enterprise requirements (security, compliance, integrations, etc.)
- Prior exposure to analytics or product tools (Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Figma, etc.)
- Experience or projects related to AI/ML products specifically
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment requiring wearing multiple hats
- Familiarity with product management frameworks (e.g., JTBD, RICE prioritization)
What We're Looking For
- Someone with solid product fundamentals who's excited to specialize in the AI space which means understanding not just "what users want" but "what's possible and trustworthy with AI today." B2B experience is a strong plus, but we care most about product judgment and analytical rigor.
