Growth Content Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Growth Content Associate who can own the complete content lifecycle—from ideation to creation, publishing, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is skilled in creating high-performing social media content and leveraging tools (including AI) to enhance speed, creativity, and impact.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate engaging content ideas aligned with marketing goals.
• Create short-form content (Reels, posts, carousels), including scripts, captions, and hooks.
• Use tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI platforms for content creation.
• Publish and manage content across social media platforms (primarily Instagram).
• Track and analyze content performance (views, engagement, reach).
• Continuously optimize content based on insights and trends.
• Collaborate with designers and team members when required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram/Reels).
• Hands-on experience in content creation and basic video editing.
• Ability to generate ideas and execute consistently.
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content enhancement.
• Portfolio showcasing previous content work.
