What You’ll Do
- Production Operations: Perform elastomer lining and hose building processes including vulcanised neoprene, natural rubber, cold bonded Linatex lining, and autoclave operations on the shop floor.
- Daily Responsibilities: Prepare and inspect surfaces for elastomer application, operate and maintain equipment such as manual rollers, stitchers, and bladders, and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Success Metrics: Deliver high-quality elastomer linings consistently, maintain production schedules efficiently, and adapt quickly to rotating shift patterns while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal to no travel; role is primarily shop floor based in Bangalore.

Must-haves:
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Fitter, or relevant trade with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in elastomer lining, rubber, hose, or similar industrial manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of elastomer materials, lining techniques, and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a rotating three-shift schedule and adapt to a dynamic production environment.
- Experience specifically in hose building, hose preparation, and finishing processes.
- Exposure to autoclave operations and rubber manufacturing equipment maintenance.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Flexibility in trade background with relevant manufacturing exposure.
