A profitable, US-headquartered product company is scaling its India engineering hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire frontend engineers for its core web application. The product already serves a large, established customer base, so the bar for polish and reliability is high. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Frontend Engineer, you will maintain and extend a mature web application, balancing new feature delivery with the discipline a large existing user base demands.

Key Responsibilities

Feature Delivery

Build new features and workflows within an established React codebase
Work with product managers to scope and estimate frontend work accurately
Refactor legacy components as the product evolves, without regressions

Reliability & Craft

Maintain test coverage and catch regressions before they reach customers
Monitor frontend performance and error rates, fixing issues proactively

Ideal Candidate Profile

3 to 7 years building and maintaining production frontend applications
Strong command of JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and state management
Experience working within an established, larger codebase
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
Familiarity with performance profiling and web accessibility standards
A degree in computer science or a related field
