Purpose - Requirement of Personnel with experience of 2-3 years having the background and exposure in operating, cleaning, changeover and preventive maintenance of pharmaceuticals machines like compression, coating, granulation and blister packing etc.

Equipments / Instruments operation & Maintenance utilized in Hight Potency Lab, Solid Orals, Liquid Orals and Injectable Area,

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

To ensure cleaning of the lab, Equipments & instruments.

Assemble & setting of the Equipments & instruments.

To ensure general maintenance of the Equipments & instruments.

To ensure fumigation & sanitization of the area whenever required.

To highlight any wear & tear of the machines & rectification of the same with support of external party.

To record and monitor the temperature, humidity and differential pressure.

To ensure proper functioning of the AHU units & maintenance of the same with support of external party.

To ensure installation qualification & operation qualification of the machines with support of external party.

To strictly adhere to GMP during day-to-day laboratory activities, ensure proper handling of equipment and the area

To get trained on new Equipments, instruments and systems in the department

pre-packing, assembling and labelling work.

Tracking inventory

Additional Notes

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites - ITI Course

Role is expected to work in any of the shifts based on the requirement.

Expected to visit external manufacturing sites whenever required.
